By accessing or using Relaxed Lifestyler ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Relaxed Lifestyler provides an AI-powered platform for generating social media advertisements, including scripts, visuals, voiceovers, and captions. The Service is provided on a credit-based subscription model.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon use of AI generation features. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits roll over on active subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service. You grant Relaxed Lifestyler a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided for your commercial use without restriction, subject to the underlying AI model providers' terms.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
