We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and business details when you register and use the Service. We also collect usage data (credits consumed, ad generations) to power your dashboard analytics. We do not collect payment card information directly — payments are processed by third-party providers.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process your ad generation requests, send transactional emails (account confirmations, scheduled post reminders), and calculate your usage for billing purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you generate content, your business description and preferences are sent to AI model providers (including third-party AI APIs) solely to generate your requested output. We do not use your content to train AI models. Generated content is stored temporarily to enable download and scheduling features.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated ad content (videos, images, scripts) is retained for 90 days after creation. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary cookies and do not track you across third-party sites. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure session tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
